Clients MUST cancel at least 72 hours ahead. If client cancels after 72 hours, but before appointment day, deposit will be forfeited and can be used as a credit to rescheduled appointment. If client cancels same day of appointment, 100% of service will be charged to client and can used as a credit at rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling must be done within 7 days of appointment to use credit.
Will not be tolerated. If a client schedules an appointment and does not show up, 100% of service will charged to client, and a credit option will not be offered to client.
Grace periods of fifteen minutes are offered to clients that are running late. If you are running late, please notify me. 30 minute late arrivals will result in cancelled appointment and cancellation policy will be put in effect.
All information about scheduling wedding services will be stated in a contract. Please read contract carefully before signing and returning.
